Refund Policy

Status note (May 2026): iGG SuperApp does not currently process live payments. Tournament entries on the Platform are free of charge. This policy applies prospectively to any future paid entries, sponsorship transactions, or merchandise purchases.
1. Free Tournaments
Tournaments offered free of charge have no refund obligation. Participants may withdraw before registration close without consequence.
2. Paid Tournament Entries (When Applicable)
- Before registration close: full refund. Submit the request from the in-app Order History page or by email — refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- After registration close but before the tournament begins: no refund. The slot has been allocated and may affect bracket sizing.
- Tournament cancelled by the organizer: full refund to all paid registrants, processed within 14 working days of the cancellation announcement.
- Tournament rescheduled by the organizer: participants may opt for a full refund within 7 days of the rescheduling notice; otherwise the entry stands.
3. Disqualified Participants
Participants disqualified for rules violations (see Terms of Service Section 3) forfeit both entry fees and any prize entitlement.
4. Prize Disbursement Disputes
Prize money is paid to verified bank accounts within 30 working days of the tournament conclusion, subject to KYC verification. Disputes regarding prize entitlement may be raised within 7 days of disbursement — see Terms Section 8.
5. Sponsorship & Merchandise
Sponsorship deals and merchandise transactions are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of purchase. In the absence of a separate agreement, the merchandise refund rules above apply: refundable within 7 days of receipt if unused and undamaged.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email ahnafthaqeef@gmail.com with the subject line "REFUND" and your order ID.
- We acknowledge within 2 working days and issue the refund (if eligible) within 7–14 working days.
- If the request is declined, we provide a written explanation referencing the applicable section of this policy.
7. Disputes
Disputes that cannot be resolved by email may be escalated per the dispute process in Terms of Service Section 8.
Payment-stack transparency: when live payments launch, the supported rails will be disclosed here (anticipated: Stripe, FPX via Malaysian banks, TouchNGo, GrabPay). Each rail's chargeback rules will be summarised in this policy at that time.
