Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iGG SuperApp at iggesports.com ("the Platform"). By creating an account or participating in any tournament, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Account & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person — multi-accounting (smurfing) is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Age: general access requires age 13+. The iGG Junior Esports League (JEL) is restricted to ages 13–17. Participants under 18 must obtain parental / guardian consent during registration.

2. Tournament Participation

• Tournament rules published by the organizer are binding once you register.
• Match formats — Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Round Robin, Swiss, and Battle Royale (5 maps) — apply per the published Rate Card.
• You must check in within the published window. Missed check-in may result in a walk-over.
• Tournament integrity is mandatory: cheating, account-sharing, intentional disconnects, exploiting bugs, or use of unauthorised third-party tools will result in forfeit and, where applicable, season ban.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, sexual misconduct, threats, or impersonation directed at any participant, organizer, or staff.
• Cheating, hacking, exploiting in-game bugs, or use of third-party assistive tools.
• Match-fixing, collusion, or any manipulation of competitive outcomes.
• Sharing accounts or providing services such as boosting, ghosting, or coaching mid-match.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.

4. Prize Forfeiture

Prize-money entitlements may be forfeited (in whole or in part) where the winning participant:

• Is later found to have cheated, smurfed, or violated tournament rules.
• Refuses or fails to provide required Know-Your-Customer (KYC) details for prize disbursement within 30 days.
• Provides false eligibility information (age, residency, student status, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

Game titles and assets remain the property of their respective publishers:

iGG SuperApp is not affiliated with these publishers. Trademarks, logos, and game footage shown on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only.

6. Third-Party Licences

The Platform uses the following open-source typefaces under their respective licences:

• Bebas Neue, Inter, Rajdhani, Share Tech Mono — distributed under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1 / Apache 2.0. Commercial use permitted, no attribution required.

8. Disputes & Adjudication

• Match-level disputes must be raised to the on-site or online admin within 10 minutes of the disputed match ending.
• Tournament-level disputes (eligibility, eligibility of prize-winners) may be submitted in writing to ahnafthaqeef@gmail.com within 7 days of the disputed event.
• The decision of the iGG Tournament Director is final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us — see the Privacy Policy Section 6.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute not resolved under Section 8 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
